Thank you for shopping with OTS World Robotics & Prayog World. We strive to provide high-quality robotics accessories, engineering project kits, and modules. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging including all accessories and invoices.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
   Custom-built or specially designed engineering projects
   Software, digital products, or downloadable content
   Used, damaged, or altered products not due to our fault
   Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
3. Return Process
   To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at rjroy8@gmail.com or call +91 9471120678 with order details and proof (images or videos) of the issue. Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Products must not be returned without prior approval.
4. Refund Policy
   Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.
5. Shipping Charges
   Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be borne by us. For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Order Cancellation
   Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. For cancellation requests, contact us immediately.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
   If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
8. Limitation of Liability
   We are not responsible for any damage caused due to improper use, installation errors, or modifications made by the user. All products should be used as per instructions.
9. Changes to Policy
   We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
